6.1 Fees are agreed on a case-by-case basis and confirmed in writing.
6.2 A deposit is normally required to secure bookings.
6.3 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and card payment.
6.4 Payments are not processed directly through this Website.
6.5 We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
7.1 Cancellation terms are set out in the Client’s individual agreement.
7.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following standard policy applies:
More than 6 months before the event: deposit forfeited
Between 6 and 3 months before the event: 75% of total fee payable
Less than 3 months before the event: 100% of total fee payable
8.1 We may engage subcontractors, performers, and technical personnel to deliver services.
8.2 Where necessary, reasonable substitutions may be made to ensure continuity of service.
8.3 We remain responsible for overall service delivery.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate event information
Ensuring suitable venues and facilities
Securing necessary permissions and licences
Ensuring safe working conditions
Complying with venue and local regulations
Failure to comply may affect service delivery.
10.1 Clients must ensure that venues and environments are safe for personnel and equipment.
10.2 We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate services where conditions present safety or operational risks.
10.3 In maritime, yacht, or restricted-access environments, Clients are responsible for securing appropriate access and cooperation.
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Transport disruption
Power failure
Acts of terrorism
Labour disputes
Where possible, alternative arrangements will be offered.
12.1 Our liability shall be limited to the total fees paid in relation to the relevant services.
12.2 We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
12.3 We are not responsible for failures caused by venues, third-party suppliers, or Client-provided equipment.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We maintain appropriate public liability and professional insurance cover.
Evidence may be provided upon reasonable request.
14.1 All Website content, branding, designs, images, and materials remain the property of Coda SAS unless otherwise stated.
14.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
15.1 We may capture and use photographs, video, or audio recordings from events for portfolio and promotional purposes.
15.2 This will not include sensitive or private moments without express permission.
15.3 Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to the event.
We treat all client information and event details with the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this Website.

We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
